Shipping policy

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on all US orders over $40. Orders under $40 are calculated at checkout.

Processing: Orders process within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, then a shipping notification with tracking.

Delivery: Standard US delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after processing. We partner with global suppliers to keep prices low, which means slightly longer windows than big-box retailers — your tracking number keeps you updated the whole way.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email hello@vivlo.shop and we'll investigate.
